Do the lights require assembly?
Our Hex Light kits arrive unassembled for maximum flexibility. Don't worry, though! Each kit includes easy-to-follow instructions to guide you through the setup process.
How much do the Hex Lights weigh?
Hex Lights are incredibly lightweight thanks to their construction from aircraft-grade aluminum and polycarbonate. This makes them easy to handle and install.
How do the Hex Lights get energized?
Hex Lights are designed for easy installation. Each light includes a built-in transformer, making them plug-and-play ready. Simply connect the lights to a standard electrical outlet. While most setups require only one outlet, larger installations may need multiple outlets. Please see our installation page for more detailed instructions.
How bright are the LED tubes?
Our standard Hex Lights emit 85,000 lumens.
How bright are the RGB Hex Lights?
While our RGB Hex Lights offer vibrant colors and customizable lighting effects, they are generally less bright than our standard white lights. They are perfect for creating ambiance and mood, but if you need maximum illumination, our white lights might be a better fit.
Can the Hex Lights be dimmed?
Our standard Hex Lights are not dimmable. If you require adjustable lighting, our dimmable Hex Lights work with a Triac Wall Dimmer for smooth, continuous brightness control. Shop dimmable Hex Lights.
Do Hex Light kits include spare parts?
Yes, each Hex Lights kit includes a small number of spare parts for your convenience.
Do you offer Hex Lights in different colors?
Yes, we offer a variety of Hex Light options. Choose from our standard cold white Hex Lights or explore our colorful RGB range, including red, green, blue, and pink. For custom color combinations, please contact us for a quote.
Can I create different designs with the Hex Lights?

Are your lights certified?
Yes, our lights are certified to meet UL, CSA, CE, UKCA, SAA standards. Please visit the individual product page for more information and select the right model against your certification requirements.
Installation
At what height should I install the Hex Lights?
For optimal lighting, we recommend installing Hex Lights between 12 and 15 feet from the floor.
Can Hex Lights be installed on a drop ceiling?
Yes, installing Hex Lights on a drop ceiling is easy. Simply secure the lights to the ceiling grid using the provided zip ties.
How many power cables will I need for my Hex Light setup?
The number of power cables needed for your Hex Light grid depends on its size and the type of lights you're using. For smaller setups, one power cable can support up to 65 standard 6W tubes, 45 large 8W tubes, or 24 16W border tubes. Larger grids will require multiple power cables, which should be evenly spaced for optimal performance.
How do I install the Hex Lights?
Each Hex Lights kit includes all necessary components for assembly and installation. This includes LED tubes, connectors, hardware, and power cables. You can easily assemble the lights on the floor before mounting them on your ceiling or suspending them as desired. Please consult our detailed installation instructions for your reference.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, it takes 7–10 business days to receive your order. We're doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally using reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Please see our shipping policy for more details.
I never got my order, what to do?
It normally takes 1 to 2 business days to process the order. A tracking number will be provided once the package is shipped. Please track your package using the tracking number. Contact us at service@hexagara.com for assistance.
Where does my order ship from?
We ship orders from both our U.S. and international warehouses. Our system selects the closest warehouse based on product availability and your shipping address to ensure the fastest delivery.
